Everyone was outstandingly accommodating and superfriendly.

Greatly enjoyed this NICE stay for a short visit. Everything was excellent, the parking was onsite, the room was reasonably spacious. That hotel was in a particularly good and excellent location, to main old quarter.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were not particularly friendly.

Conveniently located near train station and city center. Many coffee shops and restaurants in the area. Smooth check-in and check-out process with luggage storage option. Hotel-apartment style rooms with useful kitchenettes. Good amenities and friendly staff.

There was everything we expected after reading about the hotel. Staff was helpful and friendly. Location was silent, the soundproofing was good and we had blinds on the windows, so we could sleep late in the morning.

The only problem was the noisy sofa.

I didn't understand at first that it would be an apartment. No one changed the sheets or took out the garbage. However, I could cook in. The neighborhood was quiet and I got to see real French life going on in the little cafes and shops around me. It was a great experience .....for really living there. I paid 43€ per night for 2 nights and found that excellent value.

Big rooms come with ill-equipped kitchen, the bedroom. The hotel has a magnificent location near Gare Partdieu where you can take the Rhone express to the Airport or ofcourse national or international trains👍

I recently stayed at Appart'City in France and it was perfect for my needs. The hotel-apartment style facilities provided me with a comfortable and convenient stay. The reception was available almost 24/7 and the rooms had kitchenettes with all the necessary amenities, such as a microwave, fridge, and basic kitchen utensils. It was great to be able to make my own tea in the morning. The location was also ideal, within walking distance to Gare Part-Dieu and other central areas, as well as close to public transport options. Despite some construction works affecting certain trams, the overall accessibility was still good. The staff were friendly and the rooms were clean and warm. There were also laundry facilities on-site, which was convenient. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Appart'City.

Friendly staff, spacious room with separate kitchen, clean, convenient location for train station and public transportation. Easily accessible to supermarkets and patisseries. a comfortable and convenient stay.

Finding pleasant cafes and restaurants in the area

Unable to access at all until 3pm, even to leave bags; you need to call a call centre which in my case kept me waiting with no response. The bed was a sofa bed which filled the room. This place is very expensive for what is offered, but this may be typical of Lyon.

The hotel was in a very good central position, with only a two-minute walk to the metro and a 20 minute walk t the centre of Lyon. The city itself is stunnung with lots of interesting places to visit.

Great location, just a short walk from the train station. The room was clean and remodeled, with a quiet atmosphere. The size of the room was good for a single accommodation. the hotel offered a breakfast option and the convenience of being able to buy food at a nearby train station.

The staff was unfriendly and not very welcoming. The bed in the room was uncomfortable and made loud sounds when moving.
